Architects of
Industrial Permanence
Osho Ventures Group is focused on identifying, developing and transforming resources, infrastructure and industrial opportunities.
Since 2004, Osho Ventures has developed and pursued opportunities across resources, materials, logistics, infrastructure, energy, agriculture and real assets. We identify overlooked value, evaluate the technical and commercial pathways required to unlock it, and connect resources with processing, infrastructure, logistics and markets to develop scalable industrial platforms.
Find overlooked value. Engineer the system. Connect it to the market. Build for scale.
Industrial Residues Are Not Always Waste
Industrial Residues Are Not Always Waste
They may be resources whose economic value has not yet been unlocked. A material becomes a liability when it is isolated from a market. The same material can become an asset when the right combination of technology, processing, logistics, infrastructure and market demand is brought together.
Osho Ventures develops that connection. Across minerals, materials, energy, logistics and infrastructure, we look beyond conventional boundaries to find where resource inefficiency can become productive value. Three ideas shape every opportunity we pursue.

Sumit Agrawal
Sumit Agrawal founded Osho Ventures in 2004. His approach emerged from exposure to the realities of physical industry — energy, commodities, logistics, capital-intensive infrastructure and the complex relationship between resources and markets.
Rather than viewing industries as isolated sectors, he developed a systems-oriented perspective: resources only create value when they can be technically transformed, commercially positioned and reliably connected to demand. That philosophy led the Group across resource development, beneficiation, logistics, industrial materials, infrastructure and circular-economy opportunities.
The objective has never been to enter an industry simply because it is established. It has been to ask where value is being lost, why it is being lost, what it would take to recover it — and whether the solution can become a scalable industrial platform.
